Terms of service

1. Who we are

The online store mirellerituals.com is run by MB „Mirelle Rituals“, company code 308093753, Giedraičių g. 39-R53, LT-09302 Vilnius, Lithuania, email care@mirellerituals.com.

2. Scope

These terms apply when you use the website and buy products. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. You can buy if you are at least 18 years old, or if you are a minor with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Orders and the contract

• You place an order by choosing products, entering your delivery details and paying.
• The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email.
• If a product is out of stock or we cannot fulfil your order, we will let you know and refund the full amount you paid.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in euros.
• The delivery cost is shown before you pay. Delivery within Lithuania is free on orders from €50.
• You can pay by bank card and with other methods offered at checkout (e.g. Google Pay, Shop Pay).

5. Delivery

We usually ship orders within 5 business days. During busy periods it may take up to 10 business days. More information is on the “Shipping” page.

6. Returns

You can return unopened products within 30 days of receiving them. For hygiene and health reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned. The full conditions are on the “Returns & exchanges” page.

7. Product quality and use

• We do our best to keep product descriptions and photos accurate, but colours may look slightly different on screens.
• The products are for external use only. Before first use, test the product on a small area of skin. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
• Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. If you have a health condition or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before use.
• If a product does not conform to the contract, you have the rights granted by law: to ask for a replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

8. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by using the products other than as intended or without following the instructions for use, except where such liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Intellectual property

All website content (texts, photos, logo, design) belongs to MB „Mirelle Rituals“ or is used lawfully. It may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our consent.

10. Personal data

How we process your data is described in our “Privacy policy”.

11. Disputes

First, please write to us at care@mirellerituals.com. We will try to solve the problem quickly.
If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) or go to court. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. An order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
