Which scents does the body cream come in?
Three: fragrance-free, bergamot and lavender. All 100 ml.
Is the cream suitable for children?
We make the cream from gentle ingredients of natural origin. The first time, try it on a small patch of skin, and keep the product out of children’s reach.
Can I use it during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before use.
What are the ingredients?
You’ll find the full ingredient list on each product page and on the packaging.
How long do the products keep?
The expiry date is on the packaging (“Best before”).
Use
How do I use the body cream?
Massage a small amount of cream into the skin. Use as needed – ideally as part of your evening ritual.
How do I use the bath salts?
Add 2–3 tablespoons of salts to a warm bath, stir until they dissolve and sink into your evening ritual for about 20 minutes.
What’s the difference between the cream and the spray?
The cream is richer and absorbs more slowly – ideal for a longer evening ritual. The spray is light and absorbs quickly – handy during the day or when travelling.

Orders and shipping
When will I receive my order?
We usually ship orders within 5 business days, and within up to 10 business days during busy periods.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders from €50.
How do I track my order?
Once your parcel is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link. You’ll also find it on the “Order tracking” page.
Returns
Can I return an item?
You can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics can’t be returned.
I received a damaged item – what should I do?
Write to us and attach a few photos. We’ll replace the item or refund you.
